Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms cover both applications — Yuwi (wtf.yuwi.assistant) and Yuwi Agent (wtf.yuwi.agent) — and this website.

1. Who you are agreeing with

The apps are operated by Shubh Ketan Agarwal Family Office LLP ("we", "us"). Contact: yuwi.developer@gmail.com

By installing or using either app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the apps.

2. What you need

You need a Google account, and you must be 16 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything you ask the assistant to do on your behalf.

3. Early access

Both apps are in early access. That means, plainly:

4. What the assistant does on your behalf

The assistant acts on your instructions, and its actions are your actions.

It is a language model, and it can be wrong. Check anything consequential — a payment, a booking, a legal or medical matter, a message you cannot unsend — before you confirm it.

5. What you may not do

We may suspend an account that does these things.

6. Your data

What we collect, where it lives and how to delete it is set out in the privacy policies — Yuwi and Yuwi Agent — and those documents, not this one, are the operative ones on that subject.

You can delete everything from Settings → Your data. Deleting your data ends these terms.

7. Your content

Your mail, files, calendar, conversations and memory remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to them beyond what running the app requires: processing them to answer you, indexing them so they can be searched, and sending the relevant part to Google's Gemini API to compose a reply.

We do not use your data to train models. See the Limited Use section of either privacy policy.

8. Third parties

The apps depend on Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, People, Gemini, Firebase) and Deepgram. Their outages are our outages, and their terms apply to your use of them through us. Yuwi Agent operates apps you have installed; we are not affiliated with those apps and their terms are between you and them.

9. No warranty, and what we are liable for

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for the outcome of an action you confirmed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Because the apps are currently free, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which is nothing. If you begin paying, it is limited to what you paid in the preceding twelve months.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time: delete your data in Settings, revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and uninstall.

We may end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop running the service. If we shut the service down, you will be told with enough notice to get your data out.

11. Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. The date at the top reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be set aside by an agreement like this one.
